Excellent starter this Quick. And you can make it as no-cook as you want - yet it will look like you’ve slaved. Assemble it in small bowls, on leaves (if you want arty) or in dishes set on small trays or on extra large plates. Poppadums are essential. Pooris (small flat breads), fried until they puff and go crisp, can be bought ready-made.
