Method

Toast 4 tbsp uncooked rice in a heavy, hot frying pan until golden brown all over - keep shaking the pan so that it doesn’t catch and burn. Next, tip out of the pan and leave the rice to cool, then whizz in a coffee grinder to a fine powder.
