Vanilla, Nutmeg and Honey Pannacotta

I love this pannacotta, which is subtle as well as having the characteristic dub-it-up flavours of nutmeg, vanilla and honey. You will need four 125 ml (4 fl oz) ramekins or individual metal pudding moulds.
