This has an amazingly intense banana flavour. And the good news is you don’t need an ice cream maker for this recipe.

8 tbsp. soft light brown sugar

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4. Peel the bananas, then halve them and put them in a small ovenproof dish. Sprinkle over the sugar, rum and the juice of 2 limes. Bake
