Blancmange my style is far from bland. This is a sweet and shining coconut tower, served with some golden mangos.


  • 11 gelatine sheets
  • 450 ml. can coconut milk
  • 405 g can


  1. Cover the gelatine with cold water and leave to soak for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, put the coconut milk and the condensed milk in a saucepan. Warm gently, stirring to combine. Make sure it is not too hot and keep stirring, or it will catch on the bottom of the pan.
  2. Drain and gently squeeze the gelatine to get rid of the excess water and stir it into the coconut mix
