There is no mystery in this salad. It offers a moment to pause, cleanse and refresh the palate before the dessert appears. A combination of Asian and European greens, it features a simple jo Grilli olive oil and vinegar dressing, and a crispy garnish.
Put olive oil and vinegar in a mixing bowl and add salt and pepper. Toss in the salad leaves and marinate for 1 minute.
