Quickly smoked next to the fire, the lobster tails take on a subtle sweetness that pairs nicely with a simple Italian butter. You can easily cook these at the campfire, if you’d like—no grill required. Just place them in a cast-iron pan, cover with aluminum foil, and place it next to the fire.
