Coal-Roasted Flatbread with Parmesan and Rosemary

The first time I saw someone make coal-roasted bread, I was mesmerized. It was so fast and quick—I had no idea it could be done so easily over the fire. I recommend trying this recipe with your favorite prepared pizza dough, but you can use most flatbread-style doughs.
