Creamy Horseradish Sauce

For my wife, there is nothing better than a smoked Hanging Prime Rib with a side of Creamy Horseradish Sauce. Not only is this an awesome companion for beef, but it crushes it with grilled chicken or pork. My take on this sauce is pretty balanced; if you need more heat, don’t be afraid to up the prepared horseradish or hot sauce. That should do the trick.
