If you are looking to spice up your food with a little citrus and heat, this lemon-chili marinade is the ticket. Inspired by the peri peri flavors I experienced in South Africa, this delicious marinade gives an excellent depth of flavor to beef, chicken, pork, or seafood. My favorite way to use this is to marinate chicken thighs or skirt steak overnight. Grill the meat over direct heat until it’s done and you are in business.
