Maple-Bourbon Glaze

If you have not figured it out already, I really love bourbon. Not only do I love it enough to collect it, but I enjoy cooking with it as well. This glaze was one the first recipes I made when I first fell in love with bourbon’s flavor. While there are only three ingredients, it packs a massive flavor punch. Just make sure you cook off some of the alcohol from the bourbon to get a nice smooth flavor. I recommend keeping the glaze over a slightly cooler part of the grill as it can bur
