This marinade has been one of my go-to recipes for years. The onion flavor mixes so well with the mustard, red wine vinegar, and seasonings. Use it for flank steak, lamb, pork kebabs, skirt steak, whole chicken, and more for some epic cooking. Before pouring the marinade over the meat, save some to baste with while cooking. You will thank me later.
