  • About

In Latin America, coffee is traditionally brewed in a pot and strained through a cloth filter. First thing in the morning it’s usually drunk tinto (black), from a tiny cup, then milk is added for the second, larger, café con leche, at breakfast. Some people prefer just a dash of milk, and will drink pintao, instead of café con leche. Here is how the three types of coffee are made in Colombia.
