Whole lime limeade

If you’ve just spent the morning window shopping in the streets of Ipanema, in hot and humid Rio de Janeiro, you’ll probably welcome refreshment at one of the many juice bars dotted around town. As thirst-quenchers go, this juice is in a class of its own. If there was a reason why it is called ‘Swiss’ limeade, it has long been forgotten.
