Native to Brazil, cajú, or the cashew apple, is the delicious pear-shaped fruit that grows above the cashew nut. The juice is more popular than orange juice among locals, and is an opaque pale orange colour with a delicate, slightly astringent flavour. Like other batidas, because it is made in advance this is another great drink for a party.
