Feijoada is probably the best known Brazilian dish - possibly because it is the obvious menu choice when feeding a large crowd, and is often served when entertaining and at parties. A truly authentic Feijoada requires a long list of meat cuts which may be difficult to find outside Brazil or Portugal, but any pot of beans combined with chunks of pork, can be called a feijoada.
