High in the Asturian Mountains, among the eagles and clanking cowbells, Paula Valero runs her beautiful guest house, La Valleja. The food is organic and much of the fruit comes from the slopes below the house where blueberries, kiwis and raspberries grow between the apple trees and plum trees.
