  • 2 mangoes, chopped
  • 185 ml (6 fl oz/¾ cup) freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 125 ml (4 fl oz/½ cup) unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 250 ml (9 fl oz/1 cup) low-fat milk
  • 60 g ( oz/¼ cup) plain yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon wheat germ
  • juice of ½ lime
