This Turkish-style dish is a really inspiring, delicious and perfect lunch dish. It also makes a great shared dish, served with a fattoush salad, some hummus and barbecued marinated lamb. Sit down to that meal with a few friends and they’ll be friends for life.

I love the flavour of yoghurt and burnt butter, and the garlic gives it a really hot lift. This dish sounds rich, and it is, but all these flavours together are wonderful.
