Ingredients

  • 1 vine-ripened tomato
  • 4 bruschetta
  • 4 anchovies, roughly chopped

Method

Slice the tomato and place it on top of the bruschetta. Lay the anchovy slices across the top, drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
