This is a variation on spaghetti puttanesca. It is based on a simple tomato sauce and is great to put together when you haven’t got much in the refrigerator. It is well worth always having a can of good-quality tomatoes, a can of tuna and some capers and anchovies around. These ingredients come together in minutes to make a truly delicious meal.
