I love all of Marcella Hazan’s cookbooks – as a matter of fact, I think if you read all of hers and all of Elizabeth David’s you could stop there and be just about the finest Mediterranean cook possible. She has a recipe in one of her books called fish in crazy water. I liked the look of it and loved the taste of it and, even
