Break the tough ends off the asparagus. Mix the asparagus, extra virgin olive oil and some sea salt in a bowl. Put a heavy-based sauté pan on the stove and heat to medium. Add the asparagus and cook for about 4 minutes, shaking the pan and turning the asparagus from time to time. Squeeze the lemon juice over and give a good grind of pepper.
