These beans are simply boiled and then dressed with burnt butter. Make sure you cook the beans properly – by that I mean for the right amount of time. There is a tendency in restaurants these days to undercook beans. They still taste starchy, and although crunchy, the flavour is just not that of a beautiful sweet bean.
