Garlic Yoghurt

This is a wonderful sauce to make, and it is so easy. Buy good-quality yoghurt to get the best result. I love to use sheep’s milk yoghurt, as it is a little sharper and more interesting than many commercial yoghurts. The sauce is fantastic
