These yummy little tarts are simple to put together and you can change the flavours if you wish. Lemon or lime curd is just as easy to make as passionfruit; simply swap the passionfruit juice for lemon or lime juice and proceed as per the recipe. I fold whipped cream through the curd to lighten it and take the edge off the big flavour. That isn’t common practice, but try it and I’m sure you’ll appreciate it.
