Individual Passionfruit Curd Tarts

These yummy little tarts are simple to put together and you can change the flavours if you wish. Lemon or lime curd is just as easy to make as passionfruit; simply swap the passionfruit juice for lemon or lime juice and proceed as per the recipe.
