  • 50 ml/2 floz/Ā¼ cup grapeseed or corn oil

Method

Place the grapeseed or corn oil in a large bowl with the vinegar and mustard and whisk to an emulsion. Slowly add the olive oil 4 tbsp at a time, whisking to re-emulsify after each addition, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
