  • 225 g/8 oz/2 cups fresh red berries

Method

Place the berries and sugar in bowl and leave to macerate for 20 minutes. When the berries have started to bleed, place them and the juice into a food processor and purée. Pass through fine sieve. Store chilled for up to 3 days.
