This is my version of a delicious pigeon roll I had at the Lung Wah pigeon restaurant, which specializes in pigeon cooked in many ways and forms. The restaurant is located in Shat in which is in the New Territories. It is a favourite of families who often make excursions there on Sunday, their day off.
