This is a sauce you can adjust to your taste. In fact, it is usually mixed by the individual diner. It is used for dipping dumplings, such as Preserved Vegetable Dumplings.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chilli bean sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white rice vinegar
  • 1

Method

Put the chilli bean sauce into a small dish, then mix in the vinegar and gradually beat in the soy sauce to taste. This sauce should be made just before serving.
