A perfect sauce for chilli lovers who want to add an extra spicy note to their foods, this can be used for meats, noodles or poultry.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chilli bean sauce
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped whole spring onions
  • 1

Method

Mix the chilli bean sauce and onions together in a small dish. Heat the peanut oil and sesame oil together in a small pan until almost smoking. Pour this hot oil over the chilli mixture. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
