  • cups (7 oz./200 g) confectioners’ sugar

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C/Gas Mark 3).
  2. To prepare the macaron shells, finely grind the confectioners’ sugar and almond powder in the food processor. Sift with the raspberry powder through a fine-mesh sieve into a mixing bowl.
