  • ¾ cup cornstarch
  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 2 teaspoons <

Method

Combine all the ingredients. Store indefinitely in an airtight container. Mix the batter when needed in proportions of 3 parts tempura mix to 2 parts sparkling water. This batter can be used with a variety of vegetables and seafood.
