This chocolaty dessert gives you that “warm and fudgy” feeling inside. I highly recommend serving this bread pudding warm with vegan vanilla ice cream. For gluten-free, use gluten-free bread. For soy-free, use a soy-free vegan butter.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups vegan semisweet chocolate chips
  • 4

Method

  1. Lightly oil the insert of the slow cooker or spray it with nonstick cooking spray. Heat cups of the almond milk in a saucepan until it is just ready to boil. Take the pan off the heat and stir in 1 ⅔ cups of the chocolate chips. Stir until the chips are melted, then set aside
