Two of our favorite desserts combined into one decadent treat. Because these are served individually, no one can argue that they got a smaller portion.

Method

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease six 5 oz (150 mL) ramekins and place a disk of parchment in the bottom of each. Place the ramekins in a baking dish with a 2-inch (5 cm) lip.

For the cheesecakes, stir the mascarpone gently to soften it. Add the sugar and combine well.
