Talk about a portable sandwich. All the fillings you enjoy in a club sandwich are rolled into a soft, easy-to-make loaf of bread.

For the dough, mix together the water, cornmeal, yeast, and honey or sugar and let sit for 5 minutes. Stir in 3½ cups (875 mL) flour, the olive oil, and salt and mix on low speed (if using a stand-up mixer with a dough hook) or stir by hand until the dough comes together.
