What begins as a rub, adding complexity to an easy-to-grill pork tenderloin, melts into a gooey glaze, caramelizing onto the pork by the time it has finished cooking.

Ingredients

Dry Glaze

cup packed light brown sugar

Method

For the dry glaze, stir together the brown sugar, garlic, and orange zest to blend. In a separate bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients and add them to the brown sugar mixture. Set the glaze aside until ready to use.

Clean the pork tenderloin of any connective tissue.

Preheat the grill to medium and clean it well.

Rub the tenderloins completely with the dry glaze
