This simple coleslaw is a universal favorite with guests and with staff at the bakery. It’s no wonder I end up making it at home for Michael and me so often.

Whisk all the dressing ingredients and season lightly.
Toss the cabbage, green onions, raisins, and walnuts with the dressing and adjust seasoning.
