Unlike cereal that gets mushy and icky if it sits in milk, muesli, soaked in yogurt and fruit, improves as it sits in the fridge.

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats (not instant)

Method

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
