Love baked apples? These pears are an elegant variation that I like to serve warm in the morning in place of oatmeal (though I do love my oatmeal!).

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

Method

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Toss the oats, brown sugar, almonds, and cinnamon to combine. Stir in the melted butter until everything is roughly combined. Stir in the raisins. Cut the pears in half (don’t peel them) and scoop out their cores. Lay the pear halves in a baki
