You’ve got company coming, the roast is in the oven, and you suddenly realize you forgot about dessert! Never fear. You can have a simple, elegant dessert on the table in the blink of an eye.

Stir the yogurt with 3 Tbsp (45 mL) of the honey, the mint, and the flower water and chill until ready to serve.
Cut the figs in half, place them in a baking dish flat side up, and brush them with the remaining 6 Tbsp (90 mL) honey.
