These dumplings taste exactly like the ones you get in a Japanese restaurant. Team up with a friend (or two) and make a gyoza party out of the assembly process.

Ingredients

1 lb regular ground pork

Method

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Blend together the pork, cabbage, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sugar. Shape a small patty and fry it in a pan to test for seasoning, then adjust to taste.
