Spice things up in the cold weather with these easy-to-make treats. We often think of quesadillas as a snack but they can make a great little meal, especially after an afternoon of snow shoveling.

Lay out the tortillas on a work surface. Spread cream cheese evenly over all the tortillas. Spoon the black beans over two of the tortillas, then crumble the bacon overtop. Sprinkle the bacon with the green onion and cilantro and divide the grated cheeses evenly between the 2 tortillas. Add hot sauce if you wish, cover each topped tortillas with a cream cheese tortilla, and press gently.
