Strudel isn’t just for apples! This stretched dough can envelop any sort of filling, but brie and walnuts with a hint of garlic win the prize here.

For the dough, place all the dough ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Mix for 2 minutes on low speed, and then increase the speed to medium.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes, pulling it off the paddle once or twice, until it takes on a stringy appearance. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for at least 1 hour bef
