I don’t trust people who claim that blini are old-fashioned. These supple buckwheat pancakes are a sumptuous way to celebrate every day. Topped with capers and pickled red onions for an invigorating touch, these blini are served with an obligatory dollop of sour cream and a bit of fresh dill.
