Jajecznica reminds me of Sunday family breakfasts, when everyone is hungry and no one is in a hurry. I will never forget the taste of the jajecznica that my grandmother used to make for me and my brother. She would serve it in one skillet for both of us, gently drawing two portions with a wooden spoon.
