Fuczki are fried like Placki ziemniaczane (Potato Fritters with Rosemary and Horseradish Sauce), but made with sauerkraut. The most important ingredient is good, naturally pickled cabbage. First, the sauerkraut should be well drained, then chopped and mixed with the batter.
