This is a spicy version of roast chicken, inspired by a lovely former editor of mine, which I include for those who like bold flavors and heat. What I love about it in particular is that the lemon and chicken create abundant sauce, enhanced by the garlic (which first browns in the high heat, then flavors and helps thicken the sauce).
