This is a super simple pasta dish, which makes an elegant and quick midweek meal. If asparagus is out of season, add in a few blocks of frozen spinach instead. This isn’t a blow-your-socks-off-with-flavour kind of dish; it’s light and delicate and I’m here for it. I love zesty dishes so I will often use a whole lemon, but I’ve included half here because you can always add more!
