There’s always the need for a quick and easy pasta dish. I love the flavour of harissa and enjoy the contrast in taste and colour of the peas in this one-pot dish. Here, I cook the pasta first and then add it back in a bit later. I often make quick pasta dishes this way because it saves on washing up and I’ve only got a small kitchen, so it stops everything feeling too overwhelming in there.
